Zach grew up in Mitchell, South Dakota (home of the World’s Only Corn Palace) before attending South Dakota School of Mines and Technology where he received his BS in Mechanical Engineering. While working in the aerospace industry, he also received his Masters of Innovation Design from Wichita State University. He enjoys coming up with creative solutions for problems both in and out of work by working on a variety of projects in different materials/specialties. He also enjoys travelling, hiking, and playing pickleball with his wife.
