MoGlow brings innovation to the traditional vanity mirror, creating a sleek, optimized design that redefines both beauty and usability.

The MoGlow Mirror offers effortless adjustability and everyday convenience, with options for use on the countertop or over-the-door placement, dual-magnification mirrors, adjustable height and lighting for a truly personalized experience.

Working closely with industrial designers, the team ensured every detail aligned with the product vision of founders Mozhgan Mizban and Glen Boehm to meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and design.

At the core of the design and at Mozh and Glen’s direction, is the patented internal telescoping mechanism. Unlike a traditional antenna-style extension, this system enables smooth, proportional extension and retraction while maintaining internal force balance, allowing users to position the mirror at any point along its adjustment range with stability and ease.

Beyond the telescoping mechanism, Pump developed and refined several complex internal mechanisms while preserving a balanced and intuitive user experience. The on/off control and adjustment knob was tuned to deliver precise tactile feedback and eliminate encoder wobble. The suction-cup base was engineered with elastomeric materials and a mechanical trigger, allowing the mirror to securely attach for up to 24 hours while enabling easy release when disengaged. The integrated swivel and rotation joints provide controlled vertical and angular adjustments, supporting seamless use of both 3X and 10X magnifications.

To deliver a complete solution, the team collaborated with an electrical engineering partner to integrate a diffused LED light ring and optimized power routing to deliver reliable, evenly balanced illumination.

From concept development through early production, Pump Studios provided comprehensive design, prototyping, and manufacturing support, helping Mozh and Glen bring the MoGlow vision from concept to reality.
